On behalf of one of our clients active in the construction sector, we are looking for an experienced mason (M/F) to work on various construction sites in the canton of Genève.

We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous, and operational person, capable of working in compliance with Swiss construction standards, safety instructions, and quality requirements.

Your missions
------------

• Perform traditional masonry work on construction and renovation sites.
• Build walls using bricks, concrete blocks, and other construction materials.
• Prepare and apply mortars, concretes, and other necessary materials.
• Perform formwork, reinforcement, and concreting work according to skills.
• Perform leveling, alignment, and finishing work.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Correctly use professional tools and equipment.
• Respect safety standards, site procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Profile sought

• Confirmed professional experience as a mason: mandatory.
• Good mastery of traditional masonry techniques.
• Knowledge of construction materials and their implementation.
• Ability to read plans and take precise measurements.
• Good physical condition and aptitude for working on construction sites.
• Autonomy, punctuality, rigor, and team spirit.
• Respect for safety rules and requirements specific to Swiss construction sites.
• Driver's license and vehicle: an asset.
• Professional references: an advantage.
