Your main tasks

• You ensure the supply security and the trouble-free operation of the RLT systems
• In your area of responsibility, you plan and organize all maintenance measures according to priority and coordinate the assignments of external companies
• In day-to-day business, you take over the necessary maintenance work and rectify malfunctions in the RLT systems
• In conversion and renewal projects, you contribute your specialist knowledge and accompany the projects until commissioning and acceptance
• You ensure compliance with the applicable standards, legal regulations, as well as the USZ-internal guidelines, instructions, and processes
• You create the system documentation and keep it up to date
• After thorough induction, you will also take over assignments in our on-call organization (workshop readiness and deployment service around the clock, seven days a week)

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in the field of HLK. Further training, for example as a maintenance specialist, is an advantage
• You have sound professional experience in plant maintenance, upkeep, energy optimization, and building automation (MSRL), ideally from a hospital environment or a comparable operation with 24/7 operation
• You have good IT skills (MS Office, maintenance software) as well as good communicative and organizational skills
• Your way of working is proactive, independent, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented
• You are resilient, enjoy working in a team, and convince with high social competence as well as flawless German skills in speaking and writing
