The focus is on construction project management, construction management, and cost control in structural engineering. Demanding new construction and renovation projects for private and commercial clients are managed.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced personality for the independent management and coordination of structural engineering projects.

In this position, you will take responsibility for demanding new construction and renovation projects in structural engineering.

• You manage and coordinate projects from execution to successful handover to the client.
• You bear responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality.
• On-site, you lead and coordinate contractors, tradespeople, and specialist planners.
• If required, you create smaller plan adjustments independently.
• You are responsible for cost control, billing, and the supervision of the warranty phase.
• With your structured and solution-oriented way of working, you ensure a smooth project progress.

We expect:

• You have completed training as a draughtsman or technician in structural engineering.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a construction manager or are currently undergoing corresponding further training.
• You have several years of experience in construction management or construction project management of new construction and renovation projects in Switzerland.
• You are familiar with the use of construction administration software.
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD is an advantage.
• You appear confident and assertive when dealing with contractors, specialist planners, and clients.
• Cost awareness, punctuality, and personal responsibility characterize your way of working.
