For one of our clients, a leading player in the field of watchmaking and jewelry setting in the Montagnes Neuchâteloises, we are looking to strengthen its teams for a:

Setting Workshop Manager (M/F)

Your mission

As Setting Workshop Manager, you ensure the organization, coordination, and proper functioning of the workshop while guaranteeing the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• You manage the workshop activity and ensure the smooth running of production
• You coordinate priorities and distribute work in compliance with deadlines and quality requirements
• You perform and control setting operations on high-end watchmaking and jewelry pieces
• You support and develop your team by promoting the transmission of know-how
• You provide solutions to technical problems encountered in production
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and processes
• You are the technical referent of the workshop for all questions related to setting

Your profile:

• Training in setting, goldsmithing, jewelry, or an equivalent title
• Proven experience in high-end setting
• First successful experience in supervising a team or managing a workshop
• Mastery of the main setting techniques (grain, prongs, bezel, rail, invisible)
• Excellent dexterity, sense of detail, and quality orientation
• Natural leadership, autonomy, and team spirit
