For our Aftersales department, we are looking for an ambitious service technician immediately or by arrangement. If commercial vehicle technology is nothing new to you and you can get excited about innovative e-mobility, you might soon be our new colleague.
The commitment to sustainability drives us as we shape electromobility with innovative drives, chargers and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, consisting of around 200 employees, successfully brings sustainable commercial vehicles and its own products to the roads.
Your field of activity:
Carrying out service, diagnostic and repair work on Designwerk E-trucks as well as on high-voltage battery systems (HVB) in operation and at the customer's site at home and abroad
Planning and coordination of service and repair assignments
Independent error analysis and creation of diagnoses as well as initiation of suitable measures
(incl. feedback to production and development)
Commissioning, parameterization and functional testing of repaired high-voltage battery systems
Creation of repair protocols as well as safety and work instructions for work on high-voltage systems
Technical customer advice as well as processing of customer complaints
Technical support and coaching for partner and customer workshops
Carrying out technical trainings (DW components) for Designwerk partner and customer workshops
Implementation of technical campaigns
Support of the development department in the production of prototypes of high-voltage battery systems
(Providing feedback from service cases)
Carrying out accompanying and instruction drives with E-truck drivers
How you score:
Completed basic technical training as Mechatroniker EFZ (ideally in the field of commercial vehicles)
Strong analysis and diagnostic skills
Good IT user knowledge (diagnostic systems, documentation, data transmissions)
High customer orientation as well as independent and structured way of working
Team player personality with interest in electromobility
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good English skills, French skills an advantage
Secure, calm and responsible working in the high-voltage environment
Driving license category C or willingness to acquire it
