Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing with 5-axis Machining

Activities

• Independently set up 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Safely operate CNC milling systems
• Precisely manufacture individual parts and small series
• Perform measurement tests on Wenzel 3D measuring machines
• Initiate optimizations in the manufacturing process

Requirements

• Apprenticeship completed as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker, Werkzeugmacherin or Werkzeugmacher or equivalent
• Sound knowledge in metal cutting processes
• Professional experience in CNC production
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Readiness for 2- to 3-shift operation
