A Carpentry Workshop Manager at 100%

to reinforce the team of the Section voirie of the Service exploitation.

Your mission :

You are responsible for the execution of carpentry work necessary for the upkeep and maintenance of communal heritage. In this capacity, you notably ensure the repair and maintenance of urban furniture, equipment, infrastructure, and communal buildings. You also manage the carpentry workshop and ensure its proper functioning: maintenance of premises, machines and equipment, supply of materials and supplies, as well as participation in proposals for the acquisition of equipment and machines. Depending on the workshop's possibilities, you also participate in the fabrication, adaptation, and installation of new carpentry elements. Furthermore, you collaborate with the Voirie team and may be required, depending on the needs of the service, to participate in the maintenance of the public domain, waste collection, or the installation of equipment during communal events. You also contribute to winter viability and may occasionally perform on-call duties, notably on weekends.

Your profile :

Holder of a CFC in carpentry or an equivalent training, you have confirmed experience of more than 5 years in a similar function. You master carpentry techniques and are comfortable with the use, upkeep, and maintenance of workshop machines and equipment. Autonomous, organized, and endowed with a good sense of initiative, you know how to evaluate the work to be carried out and propose suitable solutions. You are capable of working independently while appreciating teamwork and collaboration with different interlocutors. Of a robust nature and in good physical condition, you are able to undertake varied activities, both in the workshop and outdoors. Punctual and conscientious, you attach importance to the quality of the work performed and to the maintenance of the equipment entrusted to you. You also accept to work occasionally according to irregular hours, notably in the context of winter viability or certain communal events. Does this profile suit you?
