Apprentice Milk Technologist

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• As a milk technologist, you will transform raw milk into local and regional dairy products and you will learn to become a true professional of the production stages.
• You will operate and supervise highly specialized production facilities. From installation to cleaning, you will know how the machines work.
• You will take responsibility for the control of manufactured products using the most recent analytical methods and you will control the quality.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: ####

• Compulsory schooling completed with good results (French, mathematics, and natural sciences).
• You have a developed sense of smell and taste (attraction to dairy products).
• Hygiene and cleanliness are among your priorities.
