Building Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Your mission

For one of our renowned clients in the field of watchmaking, we are looking for Building Maintenance Technicians (M/F) to support the development of its activities in the region. You ensure the proper functioning of the technical installations of an industrial site: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and automation. A versatile and practical position, where your expertise guarantees every day the availability and energy performance of the buildings. Your tasks: Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of the building's technical installations: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and automation; Control, adjust, and optimize the functioning of installations and regulation systems, to guarantee their availability and energy performance; Diagnose faults, handle technical alarms, and carry out necessary interventions, while respecting priorities and safety rules; Ensure the monitoring of supervision systems and centralized technical management, as well as building regulation equipment and automation; Participate in the connection of production means to technical networks, extension works, and implementation projects; Coordinate and follow up with external service providers to guarantee the quality, compliance, and safety of their services; Update technical data and maintenance plans, follow intervention requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of installations

Your profile

You are a rigorous, flexible person full of a sense of responsibility, with a taste for service and teamwork. You have: A CFC in the fields of sanitary, refrigeration, building technology, or automation, or an equivalent training; Confirmed experience in the maintenance of complex technical installations, ideally in an industrial environment; Knowledge of HVAC, sanitary installations, regulation systems and/or building automation, depending on your specialization; Mastery of a centralized technical management system, a CMMS tool, and usual IT tools; Additional training as an ES Technician or Bachelor in building technology, energy, or automation (an asset); Knowledge of hydraulic and aerostatic installations, technical networks, energy automation, or building communication protocols (an asset); You are: Capable of managing emergencies, establishing priorities, and ensuring on-call service according to needs; Respectful of safety protocols; Comfortable in communication, with a good team spirit and a sense of customer service
