An independent and family-owned manufacturer, Jean Singer & Cie SA has been manufacturing high-quality dials for the greatest Swiss watchmaking brands for over a century.

In order to complete our teams at our Boudry site, we are looking for a:

Press Setter (M/F) ##

Your missions:

• Perform adjustments and fine-tuning of production equipment
• Ensure series changes and production starts
• Guarantee the proper functioning of production means and intervene in case of technical drift
• Provide technical support to operators
• Perform quality controls related to the adjustments made
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, equipment, and work standards
• In charge of the stamping and cutting of dials and hands autonomously while ensuring the quality of your production
• In charge of the setting and production of Ruetschi dial foot welding machines

Your profile:

• CFC in polymechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a precision industrial environment, ideally watchmaking
• Solid skills in adjusting and fine-tuning production equipment (Presse EMG, machine à souder Ruetschi, Redresseur Soprem)
• Analytical spirit and ability to solve technical problems
• Rigor, autonomy, and sense of organization
• Team spirit and quality orientation
