Requirement profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Construction Locksmith EFZ or Plant and Apparatus Builder EFZ
• Mandatory: successfully completed further training as a Welding Specialist IWS
• Very good knowledge of TIG, MIG/MAG, electrode as well as ISO 9001, ISO 3834, EN 1090 and EN 15085
• Several years of experience in metal/steel construction or in a locksmithing business as well as leadership experience
• Confident handling of technical drawings, plans, parts lists and assemblies
• Analytical, structured, solution-oriented and responsible
• High quality awareness and pragmatic implementation of technical requirements
• Assertiveness, ability to work in a team and high social and communication competence
• Able to work under pressure of deadlines and complex tasks

Tasks:

• Leading a small team and deputy for the Production Manager
• Organization and coordination of daily workflows as well as optimal resource utilization
• Issuing orders, distribution of work and control with regard to quality, quantity and adherence to deadlines
• Taking over the function of welding supervision
• Creation and maintenance of welding-related documentation, work, testing and production instructions
• Checking contract and production documents for manufacturability, quality, documentation and standards
• Welding-technical evaluation of constructions, approval of drawings and production documents
• Active participation in complex welding and assembly work in the factory and on construction sites
• Interface to production management, AVOR and quality assurance, induction and training of the team
