The company develops and manages high-quality technical solutions for gastronomy, the hotel industry, the healthcare sector, and other professional kitchen operations.

Job Description

• Independent management of your area of operation in the region of Bern and Berner Oberland
• Maintenance, service, and repair work on professional kitchen appliances and technical systems
• Commissioning and handover of new devices and systems at the customer site
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults on-site
• Carrying out fault diagnoses and developing sustainable solutions
• Technical advice and support for customers
• Training and instruction of users in handling the systems
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirement Profile

• Completed basic technical training, for example as an automation technician, electrical installer, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable
• Experience in technical service or customer service is an advantage
• Enjoyment of independent work and high personal responsibility
• Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• Strong technical understanding as well as enjoyment of troubleshooting
• Willingness for a fairly regulated on-call service
• Driver's license category B
• Place of residence ideally in the region of Bern, Thun, Interlaken, Spiez, or surroundings
