Job Description

In this responsible position as a CNC mechanic, you are responsible for the independent manufacture of complex and precise workpieces.

• As a polymechanic, you program and set up modern 5-axis milling and turning centers with pallet storage and ensure that the highest quality standards are met during order execution.
• Your tasks include documentation as well as compliance with productivity specifications, while you work according to the quality standards EN9100 and ISO9001.
• You actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes and work closely with other departments to increase the efficiency and quality of production.
• Your expertise will be valued in a dynamic team, where you can further develop your skills in large-part machining.

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ manufacturing area
• Several years of experience in large-part machining
• Proficient handling of CNC 5-axis milling/turning centers or CNC 9-axis turning/milling centers
• Sound knowledge in CAM programming (Mastercam or MDM is an advantage)
• Team-oriented and quality-conscious way of working
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
