MY TASKS

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all building technology systems
• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and upkeep work
• Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the technical building infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and rectifying technical malfunctions in systems and facilities
• Carrying out installation work in the field of building technology
• Support and operation of building management systems
• Coordination and supervision of external tradespeople and service providers
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of operating and maintenance processes
• Ensuring reliable and safe building operations

MY PROFILE

• Completed technical vocational training EFZ in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, or electrical (HLKSE)
• Alternatively, a comparable technical training with experience in building technology
• Professional experience in technical building maintenance, facility management, or industrial maintenance
• Technical understanding of building technology systems and their controls
• Experience in handling building management systems is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good MS Office user knowledge
• Readiness to take on on-call duties
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality
