Civil Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company from the construction industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Civil Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. You will accompany various construction projects from preparation to handover and ensure economical and reliable implementation. In doing so, you will lead your team, plan the use of available resources, and keep an eye on the entire project course.

Tasks

• Independent management of projects in civil engineering, special foundation engineering, excavation pits, and demolition
• Planning and coordination of personnel, machines, equipment, and workflows
• Management of construction sites considering costs, deadlines, and quality
• Coordination with internal specialist departments and use of shared resources
• Customer care and development of suitable solutions for complex construction tasks
• Accompanying projects from work preparation to successful handover

Profile

• Completed further training as a construction manager (Bauführer/in) or comparable construction technology qualification
• Sound experience in the management of civil engineering or special foundation engineering projects
• Good understanding of construction site organization, resource planning, and economic contexts
• Clear and motivating leadership as well as professional handling of customers and project partners
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong solution orientation
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Open communication as well as enjoyment of working in a team
