Your tasks:

• Responsible for the professional and timely realization of building and civil engineering projects
• Independent technical and personnel management of the construction site in cooperation with the site manager of one or more groups of 4 - 15 employees
• Order, implement, monitor and control quality, safety and work guidelines
• Material ordering + control
• Digital reporting from the construction site to the administration regarding construction progress, work and machine hours as well as measurements
• Active cooperation on the construction site

Your profile:

• Completed training in the construction industry with corresponding further education (e.g. Dipl. Foreman, Polier)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Strong social competence, communication skills and leadership qualities
• Resilience, ability to accept criticism and a respectful leadership style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
• Very good German skills
