Miller / Plant Operator w/m/d

These tasks will inspire you

• Operating, monitoring and ensuring smooth operation of the process-controlled production plants
• Planning and controlling production taking into account customer orders, stock levels and capacities
• Independent operation of the filling line as well as ensuring an efficient production process
• Scheduling, goods receipt control as well as quality inspection of raw materials and packaging materials
• Carrying out and documenting production and quality reports according to the specifications of the quality management system
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness as well as compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Active participation in the continuous optimization of processes and workflows

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ, ideally as a Plant Operator, Farmer, Miller or in a comparable technical or manufacturing profession
• Practical experience in handling industrial production and processing plants
• High degree of personal responsibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Reliable, committed and resilient personality with a strong team spirit
• Readiness to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the company's success
• Identification with the values of UFA and enjoyment of working in a down-to-earth, dynamic environment
