Missions :

• Supervise the installation of the rig, utilities, and safety zones
• Coordinate logistics, access, and the reception of equipment
• Manage a site team
• Plan schedules, priorities, and rotations
• Ensure site safety
• Respect and enforce safety rules and instructions
• Report any incident or non-compliance
• Participate in daily inspections and safety briefings
• Act as the link between the driller, the superintendent, and specialized service providers
• Monitor non-drilling activities (assembly, handling, fluids, maintenance)
• Manage stocks, consumables, and supplies
• Track consumption, deliveries, and incidents
• Write daily activity reports

Profile :

• Technical training in drilling, civil engineering, or deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in drilling, civil engineering, or geothermal
• Very good knowledge of field management and site organization
• Acute sense of safety and operational rigor
• Fluent French, technical English desired
• Comfortable with IT tools
