Job Description

• Safe and precise operation of tower cranes (Cat. B) up to a height of 60 meters
• Professional transport as well as exact positioning of metal construction elements such as steel beams, constructions, and components, as well as building materials in general structural and civil engineering
• Close and coordinated cooperation with the assembly, metal construction, and construction teams as well as with other crane operators and various companies involved in construction, to ensure a smooth and efficient construction site process
• Consistent compliance with SUVA, safety, and quality regulations
• Daily inspection of the crane, recognition of irregularities, and timely reporting of malfunctions
• Readiness for flexible assignments, especially during holiday absences in the team, to perform overtime as needed, as well as to actively support the construction site team

Requirement Profile

• Valid crane operator's license Cat. B (SUVA)
• Several years of experience as a tower crane operator on Swiss construction sites, preferably in metal construction
• Immune to heights, resilient, and absolutely safety-conscious
• Professional transport as well as exact positioning of metal construction elements such as steel beams, constructions, and components, as well as building materials in general structural and civil engineering
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Readiness for overtime, because nothing works without you!
• Good communication in German (at least construction site level)
• Driver's license Cat. B incl. car, so that you are flexible
