We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented specialist for machine assembly for our client in Dällikon.

Our client is an internationally active SME that has been developing and manufacturing specialized insulation machines and special machines for the electrical industry for over 30 years. The systems are used by leading manufacturers of large generators and electric motors worldwide.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, as

Polymechaniker / Automatiker Maschinenmontage (a), 80–100%

Your tasks

Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies and complete machines according to technical drawings and assembly documentation

Mount drives, sensors, and other electrical components

Lay cables and connect electrical components according to the schematic

Mount pneumatic components and connect them according to the pneumatic plan

Perform mechanical adjustments and check the function of the machines

Assist in troubleshooting and commissioning the systems

Contribute your own experience and implement improvements together with the team

Your profile

Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Automatiker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, Automatikmonteur/in EFZ or a comparable technical training

Experience in machine assembly as well as practical knowledge in the wiring of machines and systems

Confident handling of technical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic plans

Independent, careful, and reliable way of working

Enjoyment of practical work and technical challenges

Teamwork skills, flexibility, and willingness to take on versatile tasks

Important: The focus of your activity lies in mechanical assembly. Depending on the workload and your technical knowledge, you will also take on electrical work. Whether you originally come from mechanics or automation is secondary – what is decisive is that you want to work practically in both areas.
