YOUR IMPACT

Mission

Within our precious department, you are a member of a team of approximately 10-12 employees, you work in a 2x8 shift schedule or night shift in a CNC machine park (mainly milling) and carry out setups as well as production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation, setup, and startup of our CNC milling machines such as Chiron FX/FZ, Micro 5 (UGV), Bumotec S181, CT501 (grinding) during the machining of our precious watchmaking casing parts
• Guarantee manufacturing conformity by performing visual and dimensional inspections and, if necessary, making the required corrections in compliance with workshop instructions
• Prepare the machining station by mounting tools and fixtures and checking the conformity of the tooling. If necessary, perform the required tool corrections.
• Ensure the handover of instructions to the relief teams
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools as well as respect Occupational Health and Safety OHS rules
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the work environment as well as in training actions within the framework of manufacturing process evolutions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• CFC in polymechanic, CFC in production mechanic or BEP/BTS in the field of precision mechanics
• Proven professional experience in CNC machining
• Knowledge of 5-7 axis CNC machines with Fanuc control would be a plus
• Good mastery of standard dimensional control tools, Marcel Aubert and 3D control such as Zeiss
• Rigorous, motivated, organized, and conscientious person capable of working in a team. Analytical, you know how to detect problems and follow them through to resolution in a dynamic of constant improvement.
