Construction/Project Manager Hotel Construction

As a Construction/Project Manager, you will lead the realization of a large hotel construction project in the Alps, from execution to defect-free handover.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the realization of the hotel construction project from execution to handover
• Control of costs, deadlines, quality and occupational safety on the large construction site
• Coordination of clients, planners, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors
• Execution of tenders and awards as well as negotiations with subcontractors
• Leading construction meetings and early detection of risks
• Professional additional claim, defect and acceptance management

Profile

• Dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker HF/TS, Bauingenieur, Hochbauzeichner with further training or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in the leadership and realization of new construction projects in the GU/TU environment
• Sound knowledge in tendering, awarding, cost control and scheduling
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Confident and professional appearance towards clients, planners, authorities and contractors
