Foreman

Position at 100 % - Immediate start or to be agreed

Sagérime SA is a company based in Bulle, active since 1976 in three distinct fields: road safety, floor protection, as well as fencing and access management.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a foreman (M/F) at 100 %, motivated and experienced, to ensure the coordination and operational monitoring of our fencing sites.

Your mission :

You ensure the operational management of the sites and coordinate the teams on the ground to guarantee the proper execution of the work, in compliance with deadlines, technical requirements, quality, and safety rules. Your functions range from site preparation to the handover of the work, including the management of execution.

In collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders, you organize daily activities, manage the necessary resources, and ensure the smooth running of operations, from site preparation to the finalization of the work.

What we expect from you :

• Prepare execution files.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate teams on the sites.
• Organize work and distribute tasks according to priorities and available resources.
• Ensure the implementation of plans, instructions, and technical specifications.
• Plan interventions and ensure compliance with deadlines and set objectives.
• Manage the needs for material, equipment, and personnel necessary for the realization of the work.
• Guarantee the quality of execution and compliance with safety standards as well as current regulations.
• Ensure coordination with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify difficulties encountered on the ground and propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure the monitoring of work and transmit the necessary information for the proper management of the sites.

Your profile :

• Professional training in a technical or construction field, ideally completed by training as a foreman or team leader.
• Proven experience in site management and team management.
• Good ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents.
• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements applicable to site work in Switzerland.
• Proficiency with computer tools and site monitoring tools.
• Category B driving license.
• Excellent mastery of French.
