Watchmaker Restorer Adjuster (M/F)

Mission

As part of this function, reporting to the International Client Service Division, you will be responsible for performing adjustment operations on historical watches (produced between 1839 and 1970) during their restoration.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical diagnostics on the adjustment part.
• Ensure the running and adjust balance wheels with flat hairsprings and Breguet hairsprings while guaranteeing an optimal level of quality in compliance with assembly and control processes.
• Guarantee the conformity of the finishing functions.
• Ensure the aesthetic, technical, and dimensional control of the adjustment part in order to meet our quality standards.

Profile sought

• CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in the watchmaking repair of high-end horological products.
• Mastery of adjustment operations is imperative.
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and precision.
• Ability to work in a pair, cooperation, and mutual aid.
• Ease in communicating constructively and ability to question oneself.
