Watchmaking Worker T2 100%

Work area: Mendrisiotto

Main duties

• Assembly and mounting of watch components in compliance with company quality standards.
• T2 activities (sferista) on high-precision movements and components.
• Watch casing operations according to company procedures.
• Visual and qualitative control of components and the finished product.
• Use of precision tools and specific equipment from the watchmaking sector.
• Reporting of any anomalies and non-conformities during the production process.

Required skills

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in the watchmaking sector.
• Experience of at least 2 years as T2 (sferista) and/or in casing activities.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision in working with micro-components.
• Ability to work with high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of quality standards in the watchmaking sector.
• Experience in using control instruments and specific equipment.

Preferred requirements

• Experience gained at Swiss watchmaking companies.
• Professional training in the watchmaking field or related.
• Immediate availability.
• Category B driving license and own vehicle.
