Setup Technician Progressive Die Presses 80 - 100% ###

Your tasks consist of

• Setting up, changing over, and operating progressive die presses (50t-160t, Haulick / Beutler/ Bruderer) as well as insertion presses
• Independent changeovers of demanding progressive dies during variant changes
• Monitoring serial production and ensuring stable process quality
• Carrying out initial and serial inspections with measuring instruments according to inspection plans as well as documenting the results
• Recognizing and systematically rectifying faults in the setup and production process
• Participating in standardization, documentation, and continuous process improvement

You have

• a completed technical basic training EFZ in metal processing or a comparable qualification
• sound experience in the independent setup, changeover, and operation of progressive die presses
• knowledge in sheet metal processing and in handling demanding progressive dies
• confident handling of measuring instruments and inspection plans
• a precise, quality-conscious, and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting
• team spirit, personal responsibility, and willingness to share knowledge and help shape improvements
• good German skills in spoken and written
