Tasks

• Planning and coordination of horticulture projects taking customer requirements into account
• Leadership and guidance of a team of horticultural workers
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on the construction site
• Monitoring material consumption and stock levels
• Communication with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth project process

Profile

• Completed training in horticulture or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in horticulture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of project planning and implementation
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic working environment
