We are looking for several of the following for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva:

Precision Mechanics to occupy positions as CNC Lathe Setters

Job Description
--------------------

• Series changeovers, collet and tooling adjustments, dimension fine-tuning, and startup of Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret CNC Lathes
• Machining and inspection of manufactured parts: Frames, bottoms, bezels in steel, titanium or precious metals.
• Precise inspections with traditional workshop inspection tools, 3D inspection and optical inspection depending on the parts.
• First-level maintenance.
• Shift work 2x8 or 3x8

Required Profile
-----------------

• CFC training in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, BAC Professionnel or BTS in Production Technology
• To have had a successful first experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the watchmaking field.
• Basic knowledge of grinding would be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in reading blueprints.
• Good knowledge in the use of inspection tools including digital inspection tools.
• To have a good mechanical technical sense to find fast and efficient solutions.
• To be comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring.
• Good vision to respect visual inspections of manufactured parts.
• Team spirit and cohesion.
