Construction Manager New Construction GU/TU

As a construction manager, you lead and coordinate new construction projects in the area of GU/TU from project commencement to defect-free handover.

Tasks

• Leadership, realization and coordination of new construction projects from project commencement to defect-free handover as GU/TU
• Specification and active management of the award process to subcontractors
• Management of construction sites in a team, taking into account safety, deadlines, quality and quantity
• Central contact person on site for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, clients and authorities

Profile

• Dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker TS, Hochbauzeichner or equivalent education/further training
• Several years of construction management experience in new construction projects (GU/TU)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience
