Your tasks ##

For an innovative, modern horticulture and landscaping company, we are looking for an independent and experienced Group Leader - Foreman for horticulture.

Main tasks:

• Realization and design of diverse dream gardens and green spaces
• Organization and coordination for reliable workflows
• Solution-oriented communication with customers and your team
• Current construction site administration with iPad
• Leading work groups of between 6 - 8 employees
• After a 3-month probationary period, permanent employment is possible

Our requirements ##

Your profile:

• Training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ with several years of experience
• Independent, open and honest personality
• Ready for new things, interested in further training
• Design flair
• Driving license Cat. B must be mandatorily present
• very good German skills in spoken and written
