Mission :

• Prepare tools and plans
• Ensure machine startup
• Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of parts during startup and during production, according to the cadence defined by the control plan
• Master different measurement and control devices
• Trigger corrective actions in case of manufacturing process drift
• Perform control operations and preventive maintenance according to the annual planning
• Ensure daily maintenance and monitoring of machines to guarantee their proper functioning

Profile :

• CFC in precision mechanics or equivalent diploma
• Ideally 2 years of experience in the field of industrial machining
• Mastery of NC machines (Haas, Mazak)
• Knowledge of control methods (Keyence a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Staubli robots
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Knowledge of ISO language (NC programming)
• 2x8 schedule
