• You have completed training as a construction manager - You have a high sense of responsibility - You have several years of professional experience - You work independently - Experience with tendering (Messerli is an advantage)

Field of activity

• Planning, realizing and managing new buildings, conversion projects as well as renovations - Examining the advantages and disadvantages of different construction methods - Obtaining the necessary permits - You are the contact person and thus assume a hub function for architects, specialist planners, clients, authorities and craftsmen - Preparation of works contracts and conducting the accounting
