Your responsibilities Prepare, assemble and adjust cold cutting tools on our mechanical and hydraulic presses Ensure production launches, and support operators in mastering instructions and good practices Drive and adjust the parameters of the cutting process in order to guarantee the quality and performance of productions Master the adjustments, the management of tool wear as well as lubrication Control the quality of the cut parts, identify defects (tears, cracks or appearance defects) and adapt the production parameters accordingly Optimize campaign changes by applying SMED principles Diagnose problems related to tooling and the process, and ensure their first-level maintenance Ensure the restoration and resetting of the production station at the end of a series Autonomously manage consumables and wear parts Ensure self-control, and carry out production and quality monitoring records Collaborate closely with other departments in order to guarantee the fluidity and performance of operations Your profile Training in tool mechanics Confirmed experience in industrial adjustment and cutting, ideally on non-ferrous materials Excellent mastery of the assembly and adjustment of cutting tools on mechanical and/or hydraulic presses Very good understanding of cutting processes and conditions Ability to read and analyze a cut part, identify defects and provide the necessary corrections Good knowledge of tooling and ability to perform technical diagnostics Ability to support operators and transmit technical instructions Comfortable with common IT tools, notably Excel and Word Autonomous, rigorous and performance-oriented Team spirit and excellent communication skills We offer you A technical activity calling for genuine professional expertise A dynamic and collaborative environment A human-sized company, close to its employees Attractive and evolving conditions Modern tools and a diversified machine park Your technical expertise, your operational rigor, your sense of responsibility as well as your performance culture will be essential assets to succeed in this function.
