Varnisher-Zaponner M/F

JOB TASKS:

• Prepare varnish and zapon mixtures according to technical specifications.
• Manually or using automatic machines, apply the different coatings (varnish, zapon, resin, or lacquer) onto dials, respecting established procedures.
• Perform tests with a view to continuous improvement of quality and production efficiency.
• Immediately report any anomaly or deviation to the department manager.
• Carry out rigorous self-control to detect potential defects or imperfections, and proceed with necessary touch-ups to guarantee conformity to quality standards.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment to guarantee its proper functioning and extend its operational lifespan.
• Respect the cleanliness and hygiene protocols specific to the cleanroom.
• Strictly apply safety instructions relating to the handling of chemical products.
• Collaborate closely with team members for optimal coordination of tasks and smooth operation flow.

PROFILE:

• Significant experience in the field of varnishing, preferably in the watchmaking industry or in a high-precision sector.
• In-depth knowledge of varnishing techniques and the materials used in the process.
• Strong sense of organization with particular attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of different hierarchical levels and various departments.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and the constant pursuit of excellence in the varnishing process.
• Ease in handling toxic products
