for a permanent engagement within the company.

Your missions and responsibilities
Study client requests and analyze their needs.
Perform measurements, prepare offers, and ensure their follow-up.
Design projects and develop technical plans.
Plan production and organize construction sites.
Ensure the technical, budgetary, and logistical follow-up of business affairs.
Lead installation teams and coordinate subcontractors.
Ensure relations with clients, architects, project owners, and suppliers.
Participate in commercial development and customer loyalty.
Collaborate closely with management and contribute to the strategic reflections of the company.
Skills
We expect
Education as a Wood Technician ES or a title deemed equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function.
Confirmed experience in managing carpentry and joinery projects.
Very good knowledge of measurements, costing, and preparation of offers.
Mastery of site planning and follow-up.
Excellent coordination skills with the various stakeholders.
Mastery of technical drawing software.
Knowledge of SketchUp is an asset.
Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and solution-oriented person.
