Electrical Installer - Project Manager with Team Leadership

Activity

• Independent management of new construction and renovation projects in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
• Leadership, planning, and organization of your own team as well as ensuring team motivation
• Responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of construction site administration and material management
• Coordination and collaboration with architects, planners, and customers on the construction site

Requirements

• Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Further training as an Electrical Team Leader or Senior Electrical Installer with the corresponding certificate
• Strong flexibility as well as responsible handling of demanding situations
• High assertiveness and goal-oriented, solution-focused mindset
• Communicative and empathetic personality with enjoyment of leadership tasks and confident customer service
