To strengthen our team in Saint-Gall, we are looking for a site manager.

Your tasks ##

• Global project management up to turnkey handover
• Direction of construction projects, site management and coordination of construction sites as well as the direction of planners and contractors involved in construction
• Tenders, award and control of subcontractor services, including control of costs, deadlines and quality as well as invoicing and recalculation
• Negotiation and award of partial services
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards and authorization conditions

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a HF certified site manager, FH architect, building draughtsman or comparable qualification
• Experience in site management and professional experience in the realization of large construction projects
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to act autonomously
• Professionalism, assertiveness and a respectful attitude towards colleagues, partners and clients
