Your tasks consist of

• Setting up, changing over, and operating progressive die presses (50t-160t, Haulick / Beutler/ Bruderer) as well as transfer presses
• Independent changeover of demanding progressive dies during variant changes
• Monitoring series production and ensuring stable process quality
• Carrying out initial and series inspections with measuring tools according to inspection plans as well as documenting the results
• Recognizing and systematically rectifying malfunctions in the setup and production process
• Participating in standardization, documentation, and continuous process improvement

You have

• a completed technical basic training EFZ in metal processing or a comparable qualification
• profound experience in the independent setting up, changing over, and operating of progressive die presses
• knowledge in sheet metal processing and in handling demanding progressive dies
• confident handling of measuring tools and inspection plans
• a precise, quality-conscious, and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting
• team spirit, personal responsibility, and willingness to share knowledge and help shape improvements
• good German skills in speaking and writing
