WE ARE RECRUITING: PRESS SETTER (M/F)
Sector: Watchmaking - Dial production
Contract: CDI
Activity rate: 100 %
Location: Canton de Neuchâtel

Job description ###

-Perform adjustments and fine-tuning of production equipment.
-Ensure series changes and manufacturing startups.
-Perform stamping and cutting of dials and hands autonomously.
-Set up and operate Ruetschi machines for welding dial feet.
-Guarantee production quality and perform necessary controls.
-Intervene in case of technical problems and support operators.
-Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Profile ###

• CFC polymechanic or equivalent training.
• Confirmed experience in the precision industry, ideally in watchmaking.
• Mastery of equipment: EMG presses, Ruetschi machines, and Soprem straighteners.
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
