What you move * You prepare raw materials and ingredients and produce sausage according to specified recipes and quality standards. * You perform simple management tasks in the production system and familiarize yourself with our products. * You perform manual specialist work independently and support other areas of production if required. * You operate and set up machines and systems and undertake the necessary maintenance and cleaning work. * You adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines and live the values of the Migros-Gruppe in everyday work. * You work flexibly and reliably, even with irregular working hours or in shift operation. What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: (e.g. Fleischfachmann/-frau or Lebensmitteltechnologe/-in) * Professional experience: You bring practical experience in meat processing and knowledge of processes and workflows in production * You are physically fit and ready to work in demanding environments (noise, cold, draught) * You have German language skills at level B1. * You are open to change and enjoy working in a team * You are familiar with machine and system operation and have a good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations * You are ready to take on responsibility and use your coordination skills * You show commitment and are motivated to contribute to a versatile and demanding area of work * You are ready to work from 01:00 to 10:30 (partial night work). * German (B1) Only online applications via the application portal will be considered.
