La Fondation Apartis, owner of 20 buildings with 1300 tenants, aims to rent affordable housing to students in Fribourg and its surroundings.

To complete our team, the Foundation is looking for
a concierge at 50%

Desired profile:

• you have several years of experience in the field of concierge services
• you are independent and flexible
• you are capable of managing manual tasks
• you are comfortable with the use of IT tools
• you enjoy communicating with tenants
• you are a native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language

Your tasks:

• take care of the concierge services for several buildings
• perform cleaning and small routine maintenance work
• clean apartments
• carry out move-in/move-out inspections/periodic inspections
• replace concierges from other sites
• manage our emergency line
• various other tasks

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
