Our client, a company specialized in the manufacture of high-precision components, is looking for a

CNC Swiss Lathe Operator

Your mission :

Perform autonomously ISO programming, setups and complete adjustments of CNC Swiss lathes,
Master the machining of small-dimension components, mainly from Ø to 8 mm, with watchmaking tolerances,
Read and perfectly interpret technical drawings and control requirements,
Ensure the monitoring, stability and optimization of productions,
Be able to analyze a defect or a drift and identify its cause,
Perform the necessary dimensional controls during production,
Machine different materials: stainless steels, titanium, precious metals,
Pay particular attention to the surface finish and the aesthetic aspect of the components,
Actively participate in the improvement of cycle times, quality and the robustness of processes,
Be proactive in the use of innovative cutting solutions,
Work in an autonomous, rigorous and methodical manner, while collaborating with methods, quality and finishing.

Your profile :

CFC polymécanicien, micromécanicien or equivalent technical training
Specialized in microtechnology, watchmaking components,
Excellent mastery of CNC swiss turning in general, and Tornos machines are indispensable,
Ideally confirmed experience of 12 years minimum in a similar position.
