Your tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth running of the construction site
• Independent organization and management of construction sites
• Creating reports, measuring services, and coordinating material procurement
• Leadership and deployment planning of employees on site
• Participation in work preparation (AVOR) and project coordination

Your profile

• Road builder EFZ (with ambitions for further training)
• Ideally with completed further training as a foreman / polier
• Several years of practical experience in a leading function on the construction site
• Experience in the leadership and coordination of construction site personnel
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong social competence and ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment as well as interest in varied and demanding construction projects
• Confident handling of digital work tools such as tablet and PC
