In order to join our HVAC after-sales service department in Préverenges, we are looking for a:

Heating After-Sales Service Technician (f/m) 100%
================================

Profile

• CFC heating installer certificate mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Additional training in electricity, refrigeration, MCR, or sanitary, an asset.
• Excellent oxy-acetylene welding skills.
• Good knowledge of MCR as well as current technical systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a good sense of solutions, versatility, and flexibility.
• Ease with IT tools, especially the Office suite.
• Interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity, and team spirit.
• Sense of organization and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting interventions on a dedicated site (HVAC and TFM installations).
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions on heating, ventilation, sanitary, and heat pump (PAC) installations.
• Order necessary material directly from suppliers.
• Sanitize and maintain gas, oil, and heat pump boiler rooms.
• Perform commissioning of HVAC installations.
• Prepare and organize interventions by ensuring the availability of necessary tools and means.
• Establish cost estimates for quick repairs.
• Coordinate mandates in compliance with quality, safety, and risk management standards.
• Participate in the on-call service.
