As part of its business development, we are looking for a Multi-skilled preparation operator, in order to strengthen its production team and contribute to the realization of pieces requiring meticulousness, technical skill, and rigor.

Job description

In the context of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following missions:

• Ensure the cutting of adhesives on plotter and on Atom cutting table.
• Perform laser engraving operations on various materials.
• Perform the cutting and finishing of leathers and fabrics according to production requirements.
• Prepare and use CAD files using Rhino, Illustrator, and GoSign software.
• Set up and use production equipment while guaranteeing the precision and quality of the works.
• Control the conformity of produced pieces according to quality standards.
• Ensure the monitoring and management of stocks using Microsoft Office and SAP tools.
• Perform cleaning and first-level maintenance of equipment (finisher, cutting plotters, lasers).
• Collaborate with the design and production teams in order to guarantee compliance with deadlines and technical requirements.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a CFC in 3D Polydesigner, Polygraphe, or a training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in the creation of advertising adhesives, cutting on plotter, laser or FlashCut, or in a similar field.
• You are precise, rigorous, and meticulous, with a constant concern for quality.
• You demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and an excellent sense of organization.
• You are able to anticipate needs and adapt to production requirements.
• You possess a good team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Professional experience within an SME in Switzerland is an asset.
• You perfectly master French, both spoken and written.
• You have a clean criminal record and a clean extract from the debt collection office (documents requested only in case of hiring).
