Mobile Site Technician

Introduction

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of operational activities on the construction site
• Guaranteeing compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Management of labor, subcontractors, vehicles, and materials
• Verification of work progress and care of site accounting and reporting
• Drafting progress reports and verification of the quality of the works performed
• Verification of the application of environmental and safety measures on the construction site

Profile

• Diploma as Geometra/Building Technician or Degree in Engineering/Architecture
• Previous experience in the role, and in the operational management of the construction site
• Ability to control work progress, site accounting, and management of variations
• Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, vehicles, and materials
• Knowledge of construction and assembly techniques
• Knowledge of safety regulations (CH: OLCostr/SUVA; IT: D.Lgs. 81/2008) and site environmental regulations
• Ability to use company modules for the collection of site data and management IT tools
• Availability to undertake frequent travel within the national territory and abroad
