WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Readiness for dynamic support on various CNC milling machines (3- and 5-axis technology) depending on capacity
• Sound knowledge in independent setup, alignment, and workshop-oriented programming (WOP) using Heidenhain controls
• Smooth transition between changing components and projects in both single-part and small-series production
• Fast familiarization with different workstations to specifically bridge bottlenecks in the Quality and Process Monitoring team
• Continuous control of production processes and dimensional accuracy at all currently assigned stations
• Rapid adaptation to changing production orders and flexible priorities in everyday workshop life

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker (m/w/d) or Machine Operator (m/w/d)
• Readiness for shift work (2-shift)
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining technology
• Ideally experience in the processing of small and medium series as well as prototypes
• Sound knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• High level of commitment and efficient way of working
• Teamwork skills and independence
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
