We will make you fit for heat pump technology. With a comprehensive introduction, in-depth training, and a well-coordinated team by your side, you will develop step by step into an independent professional in the field service.

To reinforce our team, we are looking for an engaged and flexible personality as a Service Technician Heat Pumps for the region Zürich and Thurgau, starting immediately or by arrangement.
After careful training, you will be on the road independently with our customers. You ensure that heat pumps run reliably, get to the bottom of faults, and accompany new systems from commissioning to handover to the customers.

• You carry out service, repair, and fault-finding work on heat pump systems independently and professionally
• You commission new systems and hand them over professionally to our customers
• You undertake maintenance and upkeep work and thus contribute to the long-term operational safety of the systems
• You record your service reports neatly and completely and transmit them to our internal service
• You advise customers on new devices, installation possibilities, and our services
• You represent Kibernetik AG to our customers competently, friendly, and solution-oriented
• You are ready to perform on-call duty after appropriate introduction
• A basic technical training or comparable practical experience, for example as an automation technician, electrical installer, electrical engineer, refrigeration system fitter, agricultural machinery mechanic, or heating installer, or in a related profession
• Alternatively: you are a motivated career changer with technical flair, manual dexterity, and the will to learn heat pump technology
• Knowledge in control technology and hydraulics as well as experience in the field of heat pumps are an advantage
• You work independently, reliably, and responsibly
• You think in a solution-oriented manner, like to take initiative, and maintain an overview even during demanding fault finding
• You have a well-groomed appearance, enjoy communicating, and put the needs of our customers at the center
• You have good physical constitution as well as good German skills in speaking and writing
• Ideally, you live in the area of operation or nearby
• You possess a driving license of category B
• You are ready to perform on-call duty after appropriate introduction and to continuously develop professionally
