For an established construction company in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for a Construction Manager. The company realizes new buildings and renovations, predominantly in residential construction, for private and institutional clients and maintains flat hierarchies.

Your tasks:

• Construction management from tender to handover
• Ensuring deadlines and quality
• Coordination of all trades on the construction site
• Contact person for contractors, planners, clients and authorities
• Leading and documenting construction meetings

Your profile:

• Training as a Construction Manager, structural engineer or comparable
• Professional experience as a Construction Manager
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and Messerli BauAd
• Knowledge of RealView and MS Teams is an advantage
• Very good German skills
