Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker in the field of long turning (m/f/d)

Your field of activity: High-tech machining & highest precision

As a professional on the long turning machines, you take responsibility for demanding manufacturing processes in the micrometer range:

• Setting up & programming: You set up and operate modern CNC long turning centers. You create and optimize programs directly at the machine as well as via CAM systems.
• Process & quality responsibility: You monitor the ongoing series, optimize cycle times, and ensure quality through first article inspection reports as well as seamless documentation.
• Maintenance & setup: You prepare cutting and machining tools and keep your systems in top condition through independent maintenance and small repairs.

What you bring with you:

• Solid foundation: Completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker.
• Experience in long turning: Solid know-how on long turning automatics – ideally with insights into demanding industries such as medical technology.
• Software & practical strength: Routine handling of CAM systems and enjoyment of exact work within the tolerance range.
• Personality: You work independently, maintain an overview even with a high workload, and appreciate the advantages of a 2-shift model.
• Language: Good German skills for daily documentation and exchange within the team.
